Placements24 seeks an Energy Efficiency Consultant for a fully remote role focused on sustainable energy improvements. You will analyze consumption patterns, conduct audits, and craft tailored efficiency plans for a diverse client base, guiding implementation and ensuring measurable cost savings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years in energy efficiency consulting, familiar with HVAC/lighting systems, and skilled in energy modeling tools (eQUEST, EnergyPlus).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of energy efficiency consulting or auditing experience.
• Proven experience with energy audits for diverse facilities.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, insulation, and building systems.
• Experience with energy modeling software is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency standards, codes, and government programs/incentives.
• CEM certification is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct energy audits for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
• Analyze energy consumption data, utility bills, and building systems performance.
• Develop customized energy efficiency plans and strategies.
• Prepare reports with audit findings, proposed solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise on incentives, rebates, and financing options for projects.
• Assist clients in implementing and monitoring energy measures.
