Placements24 is seeking an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. You will ensure diverse electrical components and subsystems work together, tackling interoperability, performance optimization, and system stability across product lines.
In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware engineers, design integration strategies, and develop thorough test plans to validate interfaces and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration.
- Experience with test automation and scripting (Python).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies for integrating electrical subsystems into a unified system.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate performance, compatibility, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams on interface development.
- Document system architecture, integration processes, and test results.
- Contribute to defining system requirements and interface control documents.
