Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electrical systems from anywhere. The role emphasizes remote collaboration with global teams and advanced CAD tools to deliver reliable solutions.

You will work on detailed schematics, load calculations, and validation through simulations, while ensuring compliance with standards. A 4+ year background in electrical design and strong problem-solving are essential for success in this remote-first

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical design and system engineering.
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks Electrical or Altium Designer.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams for new and existing systems.
Perform electrical load calculations, component selection, and power system analysis.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Collaborate effectively with remote project managers, hardware engineers, and manufacturing teams using virtual tools.
