Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Virtual Early Years Teacher to lead online learning for children aged 3-6. This fully remote role allows you to teach from anywhere while impacting learners across ZA and beyond.

You will design engaging modules, deliver live sessions, assess progress, and collaborate with curriculum developers to create a vibrant digital classroom. A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education is required with 3+ years of remote teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with young children.
• Proven ability to teach effectively in a remote/online environment.
• Proficient with video conferencing software and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver online learning modules for early years.
• Facilitate interactive virtual sessions with storytelling, songs, and games.
• Assess student progress via observation and digital submissions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain open communication with parents about engagement and development.
• Leverage digital tools to create an immersive virtual classroom.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and other remote educators.
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics to encourage participation.
• Prepare and organize digital learning materials for distribution.
