Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Years Learning Facilitator to design and deliver engaging online learning experiences for children aged 2-6. You will create curriculum content, conduct live sessions, and provide personalized feedback to young learners and parents from a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has a passion for digital pedagogy, strong online teaching skills, and a track record of creating stimulating online educational content for early years learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or related field.
• 3+ years teaching or facilitating early years education, with online/blended experience.
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and content creation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital learning materials for young children.
• Lead live virtual sessions tailored to different age groups.
• Provide feedback and support to children and parents on progress.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to improve content.
• Monitor engagement and adapt methods for remote learning.
