Placements24 is seeking a remote Early Childhood Educator & Curriculum Developer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for 3-5 year olds from home. You will translate pedagogical theories into practical, fun activities and foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive, standards-aligned curriculum, creating interactive digital materials, leading online sessions, and providing parent feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience with young children.
• Curriculum development experience.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national standards-aligned ECE curriculum for ages 3-5.
• Create engaging digital learning materials and resources for virtual delivery.
• Facilitate online sessions in a safe, inclusive virtual classroom.
• Provide feedback to parents via virtual conferences and reports.
• Collaborate with educators to share best practices and improve delivery.
• Stay updated on research in early childhood education and online pedagogy.
