Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with a significant portion dedicated to program development, leadership, or educational consulting.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating early childhood educational programs, preferably with a technology integration component.
• Deep knowledge of child development, learning theories, and effective pedagogical approaches for ages 0-6.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating professional development and training for educators.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning solutions is essential.
• Must be legally authorized to work remotely from South Africa .
