Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Early Years Educational Consultant & Trainer to join our virtual team. You will provide strategic guidance to childcare institutions, develop educator training programs, and deliver online workshops to enhance pedagogical practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Early Childhood Education with 10+ years in curriculum development and teacher training, and demonstrates strong communication, LMS proficiency, and the ability to work

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Remote Early Years Educational Consultant & Trainer to join our virtual team. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to childcare institutions, developing training programs for educators, and delivering online workshops to improve pedagogical practices. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy services to childcare centers and educational institutions on curriculum development, pedagogical approaches, and operational best practices.
• Design and deliver engaging online training modules and workshops for early childhood educators and staff.
• Develop customized educational resources and materials tailored to client needs.
• Conduct virtual assessments of educational programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Facilitate online group discussions and provide individual coaching to educators.
• Contribute to the development of the company's intellectual property, including training materials and frameworks.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with consultancy and training services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Represent the organization in virtual professional development events and conferences.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, including significant roles in curriculum development, teacher training, and educational leadership.
• Proven expertise in national and international early years frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering successful training programs and consultancy services, preferably in a virtual setting.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
