Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer & Facilitator to design and deliver engaging curriculum for children aged 2-6 across South Africa. You will craft digital lessons, activities, videos, and printables while establishing virtual facilitation and parent engagement frameworks.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in relevant fields, with 5+ years in curriculum design for early years and strong skills in instructional design, LMS use, and multimedia content creation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of curriculum design for early years (2–6) with digital/online focus.
• Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design developmentally appropriate curriculum for ages 2–6.
• Create digital learning materials: interactive lessons, videos, printables.
• Develop virtual facilitation frameworks and parent engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and graphic artists.
• Conduct pilot sessions and refine curriculum based on feedback.
• Ensure alignment with standards and learning objectives.
• Manage remote project timelines and deliverables.
