Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in child development, psychology, early childhood education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in child development or related advisory role.
- Proven experience in developing educational content for online platforms.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital learning tools and online collaboration platforms.
- Self-motivated with ability to work remotely serving families across South Africa.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging online educational resources for various age groups.
- Provide virtual consultations and support to parents and caregivers on development and learning strategies.
- Create and manage online workshops and webinars on parenting topics.
- Collaborate with the digital content team to ensure material quality and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on latest child development research to inform program development.
- Monitor user engagement and iteratively improve online programs and resources.
