Job summary

Placements24 seeks a creative and experienced Remote Early Learning Program Developer to conceptualize and build innovative curricula for young children, delivered fully online with an anchor in East London. You will design engaging curricula, develop interactive content, and ensure pedagogical excellence across digital platforms.

Collaborate with experts and technologists to produce high-quality resources, conduct research on best practices in early childhood education, and iterate content

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing educational programs, preferably for early years.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital learning content and online pedagogy.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine curricula and program frameworks for remote delivery.
• Create engaging digital content, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technologists.
