Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Intervention Coordinator to join a fully remote team. You will coordinate services for families with children 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities, develop IFSPs, and advocate for families from a home office.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in early intervention, excellent case management, and virtual communication skills. This role supports families nationwide with flexible remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early intervention or related field with families.
• Strong case management, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early intervention services for families with young children.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs in collaboration with families and providers.
• Act as primary contact and advocate for families throughout intervention.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and medical professionals for integrated services.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
