Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote E-commerce Social Media Manager to lead our client's social media strategy and campaigns. You will craft engaging content, manage paid ads, analyze performance, and drive online sales while working independently within a supportive remote team.

A strong track record in ecommerce social media, excellent content creation, and proficiency with tools like Buffer or Hootsuite are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and sales.
• Excellent content creation skills (visual and written).
• Experience with paid social advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, foster positive community interaction.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns with budgeting and targeting.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for cohesive messaging.
• Manage influencer outreach and collaborations.
• Identify opportunities for A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversions.
