Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Remote E-commerce SEO Specialist to join its growing digital marketing team. You will develop and execute SEO strategies for ecommerce platforms, including on-page optimization, technical audits, link building, and content planning.

The role requires strong data analysis and hands-on use of GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and CMS like WordPress, Shopify or Magento. This remote position offers flexibility and measurable SEO impact.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO, with strong focus on ecommerce.
Strong on-page, off-page and technical SEO knowledge.
Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento) and basic HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies for ecommerce sites to improve rankings and traffic.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization.
Perform technical SEO audits addressing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability and indexability.
Optimize product/category pages for relevant keywords and intent.
Develop and execute a link-building plan to boost authority.
Monitor SEO performance using GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz and report on key metrics.
Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.
Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for advantage.
Drive CRO via SEO insights and recommendations.
