Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking an E-commerce Product Manager to own product strategy, supplier relationships, and listing optimization for global growth. The role is remote with coordination across US time zones and requires strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive category focus, negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory planning, and lead efforts to scale listings and performance. Remote collaboration with US/UK-based partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product ownership experience.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment.
• Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy: define category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing.
• Source products profitably: supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets.
• Own listing creation and optimization: positioning, keyword strategy, conversion improvements, and catalog quality.
• Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment.
• Partner with creative/resources as needed (briefing images, A+ content, packaging, and brand assets).
• Drive performance through metrics: contribution margin, pricing, inventory health, and ad efficiency (as needed).
• Establish repeatable processes for scaling and prepare to hire/support a small team over time.
