This remote-first role involves content scheduling, CMS updates, email campaigns, analytics with Google Analytics, and collaboration with the marketing team to reveal performance insights and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or coordination role with exposure to e-commerce.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles and web analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to content quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to support e-commerce sales goals.
• Manage and update website content, product listings, and promotional banners to ensure accuracy and appeal for online shoppers.
• Schedule and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in the creation of email marketing newsletters and promotional campaigns, ensuring effective delivery and tracking open/click rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign performance, gather data, and contribute to performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct market research on competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
