Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our Durban marketing team. You will support campaigns that drive online sales and enhance customer engagement across digital channels, working closely with the marketing manager on content calendars and strategy.

You will assist with social media, email campaigns, and website updates, monitor metrics, and help optimize the online store presentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience with social platforms and content creation.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily digital marketing activities.
• Support creation of marketing collateral for e-commerce initiatives.
• Monitor social channels and engage with online community.
• Track website traffic and campaign metrics; report findings.
• Coordinate with vendors for campaign execution and content production.
• Maintain product catalog and ensure attractive presentation.
