Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce.
• Extensive experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics and platform reporting.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Ability to forecast performance, manage budgets, and hit KPIs.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Optimize performance by monitoring CPC, CPA, ROAS; adjust bids, targeting, and creatives.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to reach relevant customers.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals.
• Manage advertising budgets to achieve targets and maximize ROI.
