Placements24 is seeking a remote Social Media Marketing & E-commerce Growth Hacker to accelerate growth for a direct-to-consumer brand. You will run experiments, optimize conversion funnels, and drive customer acquisition through data-driven social campaigns and A/B testing.

The role requires strong expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, and analytics, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment across South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement experimental growth strategies across social media and digital channels.
• Identify and test new channels, audience segments, and creative approaches to drive acquisition.
• Create data-informed content for social campaigns (organic and paid).
• Manage and optimize paid social media budgets and performance.
• Analyze user journeys and identify friction points in the funnel, implementing fixes.
• Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and site elements to maximize conversions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to align growth initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics and campaign performance.
• Stay updated on the latest growth hacking techniques and platform features.
