Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative E-commerce Content & Social Media Specialist. You will craft content that resonates with shoppers, manage social channels, and align with campaigns to drive engagement and sales while working remotely for operations in Benoni, Gauteng.

You will develop a content calendar, create posts, graphics, videos, and blogs, and analyze performance to inform strategy. A strong portfolio and SEO-social proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management, particularly within an e-commerce context.
• Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with social media management tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social media and content.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.

Responsibilities
