You will craft compelling visuals and copy for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok, developing strategies that align with brand goals while delivering engaging experiences for customers in a growing online store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio of visual content and engaging copywriting.
• Experience with social media management tools and content creation software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics) and compelling copy for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish content across various social media channels, optimizing for reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive community interactions.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices in e-commerce content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and promotions.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify content.
• Assist in developing and implementing user-generated content campaigns.
