Placements24 is seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Remote E-commerce Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our expanding digital team. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
• Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasive copywriting.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is highly desirable.
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Demonstrated success in managing paid social media campaigns.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our e-commerce products.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, videos, and compelling copy) across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights.
• Build and foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and managing brand reputation.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Analyze social media metrics and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency and alignment of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms relevant to e-commerce.
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to extend brand reach.
• Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy with a focus on social media integration.
