The role requires a strong portfolio, excellent copywriting, and expertise in visuals and video. A bachelor’s in marketing or related field is preferred, with a creative, organized, proactive mindset for remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager with ecommerce context.
• Strong portfolio of visuals, video, and writing.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with persuasive product descriptions.
• Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills required.
• Knowledge of CMS and social media scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and edit content for product pages, social channels, email campaigns, and blogs.
• Develop and execute a content calendar across all digital channels.
• Grow social presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest with engagement focus.
• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) showcasing products and lifestyle.
• Write compelling product descriptions and website copy to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing on content strategies for campaigns and launches.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community.
