Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering to hire an Application Programmer in South Africa for a major Dynamics 365 CRM modernization effort.

You will design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and customer portals, while delivering AI-powered customer engagement capabilities in an Agile/Scrum setting. You will collaborate with analysts, QA, and tech leads, mentor peers, and contribute to continuous modernization of enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Dynamics 365 CRM and customer portals.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• Ability to mentor developers and promote coding standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience integrating AI-powered services and cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and customer portals.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and implement features.
• Manage full software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum team.
