Job summary

Employmate Limited seeks an experienced Medical Staffing and Recruitment Consultant to support an Australian healthcare recruitment business. This remote, independent contractor role in South Africa operates from 11:30 pm to 8:00 am SA time, with a monthly salary of R28 000 depending on experience.

You will own the full recruitment process, build client relationships, source doctors, screen candidates, and present shortlists. Commission and performance bonuses will be available once established.

Qualifications

• Full 360 recruitment desk experience.
• Experience in doctor recruitment.
• Strong client engagement and business development.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience sourcing and qualifying medical professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full recruitment process from business development and client acquisition through to successful placement.
• Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare organisations and medical professionals.
• Identify client staffing requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Source and engage qualified doctors through headhunting and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviews.
• Assess candidate experience, career aspirations and suitability.
• Present high quality candidate shortlists with recommendations.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback and offer negotiations.
• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets.
