Job summary

Employmate Limited is seeking a confident 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business serving the Australian market. The role focuses on doctor recruitment, managing the full lifecycle from client engagement to candidate onboarding.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, source candidates via multiple channels, and work to meet recruitment targets. International hours apply, with some after-hours flexibility required and potential

Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment experience across both client and candidate management.
• Recruitment experience specifically within doctor recruitment.
• Strong client-facing experience with the confidence to build professional relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate qualification capabilities.
• Resilience, confidence and a commercially driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Ability and commitment to work Australian business hours.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required for candidate availability, especially doctors.
• Nice to have experience using Jobadder as a CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with candidates to build strong relationships and provide career guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360 recruitment lifecycle including business development, client engagement, sourcing, interviewing, placement and post-placement follow up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client hiring requirements, company culture and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and headhunting.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess experience, communication skills and cultural fit and understanding of career goals.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients with clear recommendations, and share client shortlists with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between clients and candidates.
• Manage offers, negotiations and candidate onboarding.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Work towards individual recruitment, placement and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the recruitment system.
