Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Distribution Specialist, Warehouse Manager, or related logistics role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing and transportation principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end distribution process, including order processing, shipping, and tracking.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and inventory management for efficient distribution.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels across all distribution points and proactively address any shortages or excesses.
• Analyze distribution performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies governing distribution and warehousing.
