Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for a remote role with occasional collaboration. You will execute campaigns across social platforms and help grow online sales for a coastal lifestyle brand.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, strong content creation skills, and familiarity with SEO/SEM and email marketing. Proficiency with Canva/Adobe Spark and tools like Hootsuite/Buffer is a plus. Remote work with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing or social media management experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM and email marketing principles.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
• Manage and grow social profiles, creating and scheduling content (text, images, video).
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
• Track and report KPIs for campaigns and social media performance.
• Support creation of marketing collateral such as website copy and newsletters.
• Conduct market research to identify trends for content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team on growth strategies and website updates.
• Assist with basic SEO tasks.
