Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels. This fully remote contractor role supports content creation, social media management, email marketing, and performance tracking.

Ideal candidates are digital natives with strong writing and attention to detail, capable of working independently in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience in marketing or related field is a plus but not strictly required for candidates with strong foundational skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation and scheduling for social media across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Support execution of email marketing campaigns, including copy drafting and subscriber management.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help manage and update website content using a CMS.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Coordinate online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas and strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
