AUX Studio in Woodstock, Cape Town, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for client work across brand, product and platform builds. You’ll own delivery plans, manage budgets and risks, and ensure clear team priorities while guiding client expectations.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director, with support from experts doing the work, in a collaborative, non-authoritative environment. A strong PM with EQ will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary qualification (diploma or degree).
• 5+ years project management experience; 3+ delivering digital work in agency/studio/product environments.
• Experience across multiple work types: creative/brand with product/build work.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: setup, planning and delivery across discovery, execution, release and handover.
• Scope and change: manage scope baseline, log change requests and update plans.
• Budget: track budgets, burn rate and forecasts; support billing readiness.
• Risk: monitor risks and dependencies; elevate with context and proposed path.
• Communication: primary delivery contact; structured updates with agendas and decisions logged.
• Quality and close-out: define acceptance criteria, run retros and tidy handovers.
