Placements24 is seeking a remote AI/ML Engineer specializing in deep learning to join its R&D team. You will design, train, and deploy advanced models for image and language tasks, collaborating with researchers worldwide to push the boundaries of AI.

This role requires a Master’s or PhD in CS/AI, 3+ years of hands-on DL experience, and strong Python skills with TensorFlow or PyTorch. You’ll work independently in a remote setup and contribute to scalable production systems on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in developing and deploying deep learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of CNNs, RNNs, Transformers and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize deep learning models for image recognition, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
• Implement and refine deep learning architectures using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Process and analyze large datasets to prepare them for model training.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate models into scalable production systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of model performance for accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of latest deep learning research and identify practical applications.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, code reviews, and documentation.
