Placements24 is seeking a remote Data Analyst to optimize mining operations through advanced data analytics. You will collect and clean large datasets, build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and perform statistical analyses to uncover trends and improve efficiency across exploration, production, and safety domains.

You will collaborate with geologists, engineers, and managers to deliver actionable insights, build predictive models, and ensure data integrity and security in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with mining/industrial operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation and strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.
