IQVIA is seeking a Data Acquisition Specialist - External Data (Remote/Homebased) to define, set up, and ingest external data streams for clinical trials. The role involves coordinating with labs, ECG, real world data, EHRs, wearables, and other digital data sources, ensuring alignment with protocol requirements and data protection regulations.

You will translate medical concepts into data mapping guidance, perform UAT on transfers, and develop Data Transfer Agreements to document study data

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing data in support of clinical research.
• Experience working with external data in clinical study settings.
• Experience developing data transfer agreements.
• Experience working on clinical trials.
• Knowledge of SDTM and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute deliverables for Standardized External Data Streams.
• Assess external data collection requirements per protocol and plan setup activities to meet study timelines.
• Liaise with data stakeholders to define data transfer needs and structure for each stream.
• Create change requests for new data concepts or structures.
• Develop trial-specific Data Transfer Agreements documenting study requirements.
• Ensure data transfer frequencies meet requirements for monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with external data providers to align tsDTA.
• Translate medical concepts into data mapping guidance for clinical programmers.
• UAT of test data transfers to ensure accuracy with data specs.
• Implement data transfer mechanisms for external streams into the Clinical Data Repository.
• Monitor availability and accuracy of external data streams and resolve transfer issues.
