You should be proficient in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, and toolchains like Web3.js and Hardhat, with a strong focus on security, testing, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

Experience in building and deploying DApps on blockchain networks.
Proficiency in Solidity smart contracts.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with blockchain dev tools like Web3.js, Ethers.js, Truffle, or Hardhat.
Understanding of tokens (ERC-20, ERC-721) and consensus concepts.
Strong problem-solving and independent work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
