Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Service Agents supporting Princess Cruises Vacation Services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers and vacationers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, itinerary changes, and post-cruise support. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails related to Princess Cruises vacation bookings.

• Provide accurate information about cruise itineraries, pricing, on-board experiences, and travel policies.

• Assist customers with new reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades.

• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and service changes.

• Enter customer interactions and booking details accurately into internal systems and CRM platforms.
