As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for creating exceptional shopping experiences in duty-free retail outlets onboard international cruise liners. Key Responsibilities

• Greet cruise guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service in a retail environment.

• Assist passengers in selecting and purchasing duty-free products including luxury items, apparel, fragrances, cosmetics, liquor, and souvenirs.

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash registers.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store in compliance with company standards.

• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management and daily stock checks.

• Stay informed about product features, benefits, promotions, and store policies.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

• Comply with international maritime and onboard retail regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience
