Qualifications

- Proven experience as Curriculum Developer or Instructional Designer with a portfolio.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content including e-learning modules and multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible learning materials.
- Apply instructional design principles for learner-centered experiences.
- Utilize authoring tools and LMS to build and deploy digital courses.
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
