Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Cruise Ship Concierge to manage guest inquiries and service requests for a renowned cruise line. This role is based remotely from Richards Bay and focuses on delivering personalized pre- and post-cruise support.

You will assist guests with shore excursions, dining reservations, special requests, and issue resolution, acting as the first point of contact to ensure memorable travel experiences for a global clientele.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or travel agent role is essential.
