You will analyze crop data, develop cultivation strategies, and advance projects aimed at resilience and yield, working with a global team of researchers via digital platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. or Master’s in Crop Science or related field, with 5+ years of research experience, strong data analysis skills, and proven ability to publish work in peer‑reviewed

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Crop Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of research experience with strong publication record.
• Ability to conduct independent research and analyze complex biological data.
• Excellent data analysis and statistical modeling skills, proficiency with relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets on crop physiology, genetics, and environment.
• Conduct virtual research studies on new crop varieties and techniques.
• Develop models predicting yield, disease susceptibility, and optimal conditions.
• Collaborate remotely with internal and external partners to share findings.
• Prepare scientific reports, papers, and presentations from study outcomes.
• Provide expert technical consultation to support product development.
