Qualifications
- Design scalable end-to-end CRM solutions and data flows.
- Ability to read and compile API docs, ERDs and specs.
- Experience architecting integrations across varied tech stacks.
- Background in digital/tech agency or consultancy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions using HubSpot as a core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and architecture.
- Create comprehensive documentation including specs and data models.
- Lead complex configuration projects and mentor junior staff.
- Conduct technology audits and provide improvement recommendations.
- Define success metrics and reporting for tech solutions.
- Stay updated on new tech features and communicate changes.
