• 6+ years of experience in mineral exploration focusing on base or critical minerals.
• Proven expertise in geological interpretation, structural geology, and deposit modeling.
• Proficiency with exploration software, GIS platforms, and data management systems.
• Excellent remote communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to field sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive exploration programs for critical minerals remotely.
• Analyze and interpret geophysical, geochemical, and geological data using advanced software.
• Utilize remote sensing and GIS technologies for target generation and exploration.
• Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and management via digital channels.
