Placements24 is seeking a Senior Virtual Reality Developer for a fully remote role. You will design, develop, and deploy high-performance VR applications using Unity or Unreal, delivering immersive experiences across platforms and devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on VR development.
• Proven experience with Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints).
• Strong understanding of 3D graphics, linear algebra, and physics for real-time rendering.
• Experience with VR hardware and SDKs (Oculus Rift/Quest, HTC Vive, Valve Index).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration for remote teams.
• A portfolio showcasing VR projects is required.
