Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or PR.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading with a strong published portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop clear, concise materials for diverse audiences.
• Experience with social media management and business content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
• Craft content for newsletters, intranet, press releases, website, and social channels.
• Ensure consistency with brand messaging, tone, and style guidelines.
• Support corporate announcements and executive messaging.
• Manage the company's social media presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Legal to ensure timely communications.
• Assist in crisis communication planning and execution.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends relevant to corporate communications.
• Measure effectiveness of initiatives and provide actionable reports.
• Maintain best practices in corporate communications.
