The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with 8+ years PQE, excels at negotiating complex agreements, and thrives in a remote‑first setup with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with 8+ years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and manage complex issues independently.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and navigating regulatory matters.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate governance, M&A, and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
• Manage legal aspects of various business projects and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on risk management strategies and dispute resolution.
