Responsibilities

• Maintain a central Master Content Tracker in Google Sheets with video files, titles, categories, descriptions, credits, links, and publishing statuses.
• Lead the migration and organization of a 400+ video library into Wix CMS entries.
• Watch videos, transcribe founder voice notes, and draft accurate, brand-aligned project descriptions using AI.
• Publish structured projects across the company's web ecosystem and social channels.
• Manage ongoing monthly project additions and content repurposing for social platforms.
• Coordinate editorial outreach and credential tracking; ensure consistency across profiles.
• Draft platform-specific captions and descriptions and schedule posts across IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Set up and manage ManyChat automation workflows.
• Research industry directories/platforms and present an approval list to the founder.
• Ensure no paid link schemes and maintain accurate, authorized profiles.
