Placements24 is seeking a Remote Content Marketing Specialist to craft and distribute compelling content that builds brand awareness and supports lead generation. You will develop blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, and website copy with a strong emphasis on storytelling and SEO.

The role requires collaboration across a fully remote marketing team and the ability to manage multiple content formats from any location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for B2B or B2C audiences.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Proficiency in using content marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong research skills and the ability to grasp complex topics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
• Conduct keyword research and topic ideation to ensure content relevance and discoverability.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and other marketing team members to produce polished and impactful content.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Distribute content across appropriate channels to maximize reach and engagement, including social media, email, and third-party platforms.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and industry developments.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
