Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects from a distance, supporting multiple locations in South Africa. You will monitor site progress, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with on-site teams via digital channels.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering and at least seven years of site supervision experience, with proficiency in modern software and remote monitoring technology.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction site supervision or management
• Proficiency with modern construction management software, digital collaboration tools, and remote monitoring technologies
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills suited for a remote work setting
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously from a distance

• Utilize advanced monitoring systems (e.g., drones, cameras, IoT sensors) to oversee site progress and contractor activities
• Conduct virtual site inspections and progress assessments, documenting findings and ensuring adherence to project plans
• Collaborate closely with on-site personnel, project managers, and engineering teams via digital communication channels
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures through remote supervision and reporting
• Identify potential risks, delays, or deviations from the project schedule and proactively recommend solutions
