You will monitor regulatory changes, conduct internal audits, provide training, and work with regulators and auditors to protect the company’s integrity in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal or compliance roles with regulatory focus.
• Knowledge of South African laws and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on operations.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
