Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Community Sports Coordinator to lead initiatives promoting physical activity and sports participation within the community. The role is fully remote, enabling collaboration with schools, centers, and clubs while delivering engaging programs for diverse age groups.

You will design programs, manage budgets, recruit volunteers, and build marketing materials to raise awareness of events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sports management, community development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of various sports disciplines and their community engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and work independently.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Recreation Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement community-based sports programs and events for all ages and skill levels.
• Foster relationships with local schools, community centers, and sports clubs to maximize participation and resource sharing.
