You will plan, execute, and evaluate outreach initiatives; manage online channels; organize virtual events; and build relationships with community leaders using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or a related field, preferably with a digital focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences online.
• Proficiency in using various digital communication tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive remote outreach strategies to engage target community demographics.
• Manage and maintain online communication channels, including social media, email campaigns, and virtual community forums.
• Organize and facilitate virtual events, webinars, and information sessions to disseminate information about services and programs.
• Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders through digital platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
• Create engaging digital content, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, to promote community involvement.
